I have to say that the rooms were very clean and comfortable during my Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was great too, perfect for those looking to explore Salt Lake. the staff were extremely polite and helpful in giving us directions and recommendations for local spots to visit.

the breakfast menu was very limited and didn't change much from day to day, plus the service was always slow during breakfast hours. the WiFi never worked during my entire 10-day stay which was a major inconvenience.

Just spent 10 days at a hotel during New Year's and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were always there to answer any questions and help with any requests. Plus, the hotel offered a great fitness center and spa which was a wonderful way to start and end the day.
